Custom Services Company LLC was formed and is managed by Member/Manager Patrick Todd.

Patrick's range of experience spans 5 decades and included all types of projects: Commercial, Educational, Industrial, Housing, Institutional, Sports, Transportation and Utility as well as numerous delivery methods: CM, Cost+, DA, DB, GC and IPD

Patrick's specialty is Electrical. Patrick's estimates can stand-alone or be combined with Civil, Architectural and Mechanical estimates to form a complete project package. Patrick can work with other Estimators of your choosing or he can assemble and manage a team of competent Estimators to produce a complete and consolidated estimate.

Patrick is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), a Licensed Master Electrician and a LEED Accredited Professional.
